Ludwig Criel has been involved in Belgian Shipping Companies as from 1974, more particularly as CFO. In 1999, he became CEO of the Wah Kwong Group in Hong Kong till 2004. He is currently still member of the board. He is also member of the board of CMB nv. He is Chairman of the Belgian Shipowners Association since 2013.
