Harald Fotland (1964) is the CEO of Odfjell SE. With its more than 80 oceangoing vessels, Odfjell is one of the world’s largest transporters of liquid chemicals. He is also the President of the Norwegian Shipowners’ Association and a board member of the Norwegian Shipowners’ Mutual War Risks Insurance Association. Before joining Odfjell, Fotland was Vice President for the P&I club Gard. He is educated in the Royal Norwegian Navy and served there as a Commanding Officer before joining commercial shipping in 1995.
