Gintautas Kutka has been working for the Lithuanian Shipowners Association for more than 20 years lobbying for advantageous shipping legislation. He is also a lecturer in the Lithuanian Maritime Academy study program “Port and Shipping Management”, teaching subjects ships’ agency, cargo forwarding, shipping and containerization.
