Philippe Louis-Dreyfus has been among the greatest personalities that have served as President and member of the Board of ECSA. He represented a rare mix of charisma, strong values and willingness to listen to other people’s views.

His contribution to European and international shipping has been outstanding and his commitment and dedication to ECSA has significantly contributed to advancing the profile of shipping in Europe.

His deep knowledge, presence, kindness and sense of humour will be deeply missed by everyone in the ES | ECSA team, our membership and the European shipping community.
